Because all of our items are Custom made and Personalized to cater to each unique client, we therefore cannot offer returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be delighted.

Should you happen to find the items you ordered being damaged after shipment, or did not meet your expectation, please Contact Us, and we'll make it right.

We may issue a replacement item and all you have to do is just pay for the flat fee shipping charges1
